    The Account Executive function is a leadership level position and this role reports to the Sales Manager. The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining some key customer relationships while continuing to grow and develop their portfolio with new business account acquisition. The position requires time management, the ability to work solo as well with different team members, and excellent customer service. The Account Executive role requires a dynamic, driven associate to be successful on the team.


    Royal Cup, Inc. provides the Account Executive with specifically tailored tools for swift success.  Our Account Executives quickly build new and enhance existing business relationships achieving a high degree of measurable, personal sales performance and earnings.


    The Account Executive will have the following focus areas:

    • New Account Development
    • Enhancement of Existing assigned Key Accounts
    • Account Maintenance & Relationship Development
    • Coordinated Marketing, Merchandising & Branding Efforts
    • Customer Service Commitment
    • Financial & Operational Management Reporting
    • Commitment to Continually Seek Innovation 


    • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business or a similar discipline) and/or combined Education & Equivalent Sales Experience.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the food & beverage market.
    • Ability to travel when needed which will include overnight stays (minimum of 2 evenings per week) to travel to customer locations, attend meetings, training and other work-related events as scheduled
    • Ability to work with and support others in a positive way.
    • Ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process.
