    Director Sales Operations - FoodService and Hospitality (FS and Hospitality) is responsible for the FoodService channel development in terms of Go-to-Market, commercial policies and strategic planning.


    The Director Sales Operations - FoodService and Hospitality will have the following focus areas:

    • Contribute to the creation of the Royal Cup FS and Hospitality Sales Strategic Plan to highlight the strategic directions and commercial opportunities
    • Guarantee the implementation of the National Account guidelines defined in the Strategic Plan
    • Manage the FS and Hospitality Sales channel development:
      • Support the implementation of the customer engagement strategy laid out with the support of Sales directors
      • Support the annual sales planning processes defining objectives, targets and priority activities to be shared with cross functional teams
      • Support the implementation of priority activities agreed in the plan
      • Oversee and publish the performance against agreed targets in quarterly and annual business reviews
    • Manage the budgeting and forecasting activities with the support of the sales team
    • Support the alignment of the US procedures with the Corporate guidelines and best practices
    • Support the identification, development and implementation of strategies and actions to improve both the effectiveness and efficiency of the field sales team
    • Implement Go-to-Market guidelines defined in the FS and Hospitality Sales Strategic Plan
    • Implement and manage CRM tool (C4C)

    Collaborate and successfully work with the following:

    • SVP of FS and Hospitality Sales
    • Regional Sales Directors
    • Marketing Managers
    • National Account Manager
    • Financial Planning Manager/Controller


    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Channel Management in the Consumer Goods industry
    • Experience in coffee (or beverage) industry, preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, high standing and abilities to manage relationships with business partners
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic IT skills
    • Ability to work with and support others in a positive way
    • Ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process
