    The Junior Graphic Designer will report to the Director of Design and will interact daily with a multi-faceted marketing team, the sales organization and all members of our Royal Cup team. The Junior Graphic Designer will execute multiple design projects simultaneously within defined timelines, produce high quality artwork for company and client needs, maintain an organized work flow in a fast-paced environment.


    The Junior Graphic Designer is centered on, among other focus areas, the following key components:


    Design Responsibilities:

    • Create point of sale artwork and materials for customers.
    • Design logo’s and small-scale brands for c-stores.
    • Design artwork for coffee & tea equipment.
    • Design in-house graphics/materials for magazine ads, sale sheets, template, invitations and other projects as needed.
    • Design/Create social media assets.
    • Prepare art files for print.


    Other Responsibilities:

    • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, constantly prioritizing workload.
    • Make edits and alterations, as needed.
    • Manage art assets via the online Print Portal ensuring timing uploads & element maintenance.
    • Attend design critiques and provide feedback on projects.
    • Maintain a weekly checklist of new, pending, working and finished projects.
    • Coordinate with the Channel Marketing Team to make sure deadlines and expectations for each project are clear.
    • Create/Design assets for presentations.


    • Minimum of a 2-year Associates Degree in Graphic Design. A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design preferred.
    • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a profession Graphic Design role.
    • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator on a Macintosh platform.
    • Demonstrated expertise in color, typography, composition, and other like fields.
    • Proficient with printing process and preflight operations.
    • Exceptional customer service attitude (for both internal and external customers) and successfully exhibit flexibility to meet customer’s needs.
    • Proven ability to work well in a team and also independently (at times with little to no supervision) with organization, good communication skills and a very strong work ethic.
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Working knowledge in Adobe After Effects and/or 2D/3D animation, highly preferred.
    • Ability to work with and support others in a positive way.
    • Ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process.
