    Responsibilities

    The Regional Account Executive function is a strategic Sales position with Royal Cup, Inc. The Regional Account Executive position requires a dynamic, driven associate to be successful on the team. The Regional Account Executive reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

     

    The Regional Account Executives is responsible for quickly building new and enhancing existing business relationships to achieve a high degree of measurable, personal sales performance, and earnings, among other tasks and responsibilities.

     

    The Regional Account Executive will have the following focus areas: 

    • Manage key accounts and assigned chains for retention, growth, and achievement of book of business targets.                                                                                                                                           
    • Target and sell new accounts as assigned and to annual goal.                                                                                                                                     
    • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects necessary to achieve new account sales goal.                                                                                                                           
    • Manage customer pricing and margins accurately, timely, in accordance with company processes, and in a manner which aids customer satisfaction and company profitability.                                                                                                                                   
    • Manage any assigned expenses to goal or budget including travel & entertainment expenses.                                                                                                                                            
    • Communicate and collaborate effectively with all sales and service team members and across company departments to achieve alignment, profitable growth, and targeted financial results.                                                                                                                                     
    • Perform all administrative assignments, including updating the CRM system (C4C), and other responsibilities as required.                                                                                                                           

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree (preferably in Business or a similar discipline) and/or combined Education & Equivalent Sales Experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years successful sales management experience, preferably in the food & beverage market.
    • Ability to utilize multiple tools, to include an outgoing and success driven personality, to achieve a strong record of business growth through effective selling and account management.
    • Ability to think strategically with a focus on the day to day execution of business as well as long range future planning.
    • Ability to perform the physical demands of the position which are required to successfully perform each essential responsibility.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the core responsibilities.  These physical demands may include, among other functions:
      • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, typing, reading, talking and hearing.
      • When needed, occasional periods of pro-longed sitting while driving to and from customer site locations.
