We have an immediate opening for a Route Sales Associate (called a Territory Manager). This is an entry level position in the FoodService Division. Key segments of the FoodService Division include: professional services, fine dining and casual & family restaurants, hotels & conference centers, coffee shops, resorts and clubs, healthcare facilities, and colleges and universities. Providing outstanding service is the responsibility of every Royal Cup employee and this is a key and high growth territory for the FoodService Division.

Our training program is a minimum 9-18 months in Route Sales / Delivery. Formal training includes company orientation, operations, customer service, product knowledge, equipment applications and route delivery sales. Once minimum training is successfully completed and availability is established, assignment as a Branch Manager or Account Executive will follow in whichever location has available opportunity – possibly including relocation.
