Overview

Support Royal Cup customer and sales growth with innovative beverage equipment, service, menu and quality assurance solutions. Collaborate with Royal Cup sales, service, and marketing teams, major customers, and external partners in the development, implementation, and management of wholesale coffee and tea programs. Key member of the customer facing team for major and potential new accounts.

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop equipment and service solutions for major customers and prospects
  • Project management for roll outs for multi-unit customers and new accounts
  • Manage multi-unit customer quality assurance inspection function
  • Manage the prioritization, approval, and flow of beverage equipment (capital) for wholesale/ food service sales organization
  • Consistent communication and follow through on commitments to Royal Cup team members, customers, and external partners
  • Coordinate and participate in trade, customer conference, and team training events

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or equivalent work experience
  • Requires proficient knowledge and skills in the following areas: direct customer interaction, project management, planning and budgeting, collaboration and problem solving
  • Requires dynamic and persuasive communication skills – verbal, written, presentation
  • Knowledge of coffee and tea supply chains with emphasis on product technical and sensory attributes, brewing and quality assurance fundamentals; familiarity with beverage equipment manufacturers and types
  • Experience working with food service, hospitality, and specialty operator/wholesale customers
  • Technology proficiency including web and mobile app utilization, running group conference/video meetings, Excel power usage, and SAP enterprise software
  • Ability to travel on a frequent basis
  • Must have good record keeping and organizational skills
  • Work cross-functionally as part of a large or small project team
  • Flexible and adaptable to change

Physical Demands

  • Ability to sit continuously at a computer
  • Ability to travel by car and airplane
  • Able to lift up to 5 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
